IT System Support

We maintain and develop the institute's IT infrastructure, which includes the installation, configuration, and administration of the IT network, workstations, physical and virtual servers, printers, copiers, and other peripheral devices.

In addition, the department initiates IT purchases, provides IT support, and is responsible for event technology. Furthermore, it supports initiatives and projects in all departments beyond the basic services mentioned above. It also participates in improving data management.

The department cooperates closely with the University Computer Center (HRZ) at Philipps University of Marburg.
