Digital teaching modules: “Documents and Materials relating to East Central Europe”
Our online service provides access to standardized and structured editions of primary source materials on East Central European history. Each resource is available as a digital reproduction, either of the original or of an edition in the original language, along with a transcription and, where appropriate, a German translation. Alongside written sources, there are also materials like maps, photographs, paintings etc. In this way, we have been able to provide open access to sources that have, in some cases, been very difficult to access until now and the translations have helped to enhance this accessibility. Our topic modules have been compiled and peer reviewed by academic experts. The website is primarily directed at university tutors and students.
