Events at the Herder Institute
About
The Herder Institute offers numerous event formats. With our broad exhibition program we cover a number of cultural-historical topics on East Central Europe. We create our own exhibitions, some of which are presented as traveling exhibitions or as online exhibitions. In addition, we host exhibitions from our partners.
We organise readings which address a broader audience interested in the literary aspects of our field of research.
With domestic and foreign cooperation partners, the Institute organizes symposia.
Workshops are mostly aimed at young scholars and a specialized audience. Project networks, young scholars and visiting scholars discuss a wide range of topics in historical research on East Central Europe and the Digital Humanities.
